Our prices start from just £25 per hour for a small van with one mover. Medium vans from £35/hr, large vans from £45/hr, and Luton vans with tail lift from £55/hr. All prices include the driver, fuel, and insurance. We also offer fixed-price quotes for larger moves — simply fill out our quote form for an instant price.

You can book online through our website in just a few clicks. Choose your date, van size, and time slot, then pay securely with card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. You'll receive instant email confirmation with your booking reference. Alternatively, call us or use our quick quote form.

Yes. We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Rescheduling is also free with 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

If your pickup or delivery is within the London Congestion Charge Zone, a £15 surcharge applies per entry. This is the actual cost we pay to TfL. We'll let you know at the quote stage if this applies to your postcodes.

You'll receive a confirmed time slot when you book. We offer morning (8am–12pm), afternoon (12pm–5pm), and evening (5pm–9pm) slots. Our team will call you 30 minutes before arrival. We pride ourselves on punctuality.

Not at all! We offer a full packing service where our team will professionally pack all your belongings using high-quality materials. We also offer partial packing for fragile or difficult items. Of course, you're welcome to pack yourself if you prefer.

We recommend: packing non-essential items in advance, labelling boxes by room, clearing pathways, reserving parking at both addresses, and having a bag of essentials easily accessible. Check our Moving Checklist for a complete guide.

Yes, fully. We carry comprehensive Goods in Transit insurance (up to £50,000) and Public Liability insurance (up to £1,000,000). This means your belongings and property are protected throughout the entire move. Certificates available on request.

In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. We'll assess the claim promptly and fairly. Our Goods in Transit insurance covers accidental damage during the move. We also take extensive precautions with blankets, straps, and wrapping.

Yes! We have specialist equipment and experienced team members for piano moves. Upright, grand, and digital pianos are all handled with care. Please mention this when booking so we can assign the right team and vehicle.

Absolutely. We offer both short-term and long-term storage in secure, clean facilities. We can collect your items, store them for as long as you need, and deliver when you're ready. Flexible contracts with no long-term commitment.

Yes! Our team can disassemble furniture for transport and reassemble it at your new address. We also offer standalone assembly for flat-pack furniture, wardrobes, beds, and more. All tools and expertise provided.
