Which IKEA stores do you collect from?

We collect from all London IKEA stores: Wembley, Tottenham, and Greenwich. We also collect from IKEA Croydon and IKEA Reading on request.

Can you collect my click-and-collect order?

Yes! Give us your order number and collection reference. Our driver will collect it from the IKEA collection point and deliver to you — often on the same day.

Do you assemble IKEA furniture?

Yes — we assemble all IKEA products on-site. Simple items (shelves, small tables) from £20. Complex items (wardrobes, beds) from £40. All tools provided.

What if the marketplace item isn't as described?

Our driver photographs the item and sends it to you before loading. If it doesn't match the listing, you can decline the collection. You'll only pay a small callout fee (£15) for the driver's time.

Can you collect from multiple sellers in one trip?

Yes! We can do multi-stop routes — collect from one seller, then another, then deliver everything to you. This is often more cost-effective than multiple separate trips.

Is there a same-day deadline?

For the best chance of same-day service, book before noon. We sometimes have afternoon slots available for same-day — call us to check.
