Will you carry the item upstairs?

Absolutely — room of choice placement is included at no extra charge. We'll carry it up stairs, through narrow hallways, and place it exactly where you want it.

Can you collect from IKEA or other stores?

Yes! We collect from IKEA, Currys, John Lewis, Argos, DFS, Habitat, and any other London store. We can even queue for click-and-collect orders on your behalf.

What if the item doesn't match the listing?

For marketplace collections, we photograph the item before loading and send it to you. If it doesn't match the listing, you can decline the collection — you'll only be charged a small callout fee for the driver's time.

Do you remove old items?

Yes! If you're getting a new sofa/fridge/washing machine delivered and need the old one removed, we can do both in one trip. Old items are disposed of responsibly. See our rubbish clearance service.

Can you deliver outside London?

Yes — we deliver across the South East and nationwide. Prices for out-of-London deliveries are quoted on a fixed-price basis depending on distance.
