How long does professional packing take?

Do you supply all the packing materials?

Yes — all materials are included in the price. Boxes, bubble wrap, tissue paper, tape, wardrobe boxes, mattress bags, corner protectors, and labels. You don't need to buy anything separately.

Can you pack the day before and move the next day?

Absolutely — this is our recommended approach. We pack on Day 1, then our moving team loads on Day 2. This maximises efficiency and reduces your overall moving time.

Do you pack artwork and mirrors?

Yes — we have specialist picture boxes and mirror cartons in various sizes. Artwork is wrapped in acid-free tissue, bubble wrapped, and placed in custom-fit boxes. For very large or valuable pieces, we can arrange custom wooden crating.

What about unpacking at the new home?

We offer a full unpacking service. We'll open every box, place items where you direct, and remove all boxes and packing materials. Most people are fully unpacked within 2-3 hours.

Can I pack some things myself and have you do the rest?

Of course — that's our partial packing service. Most people handle clothes, books, and personal items themselves, and let us handle the kitchen, fragile items, and awkward stuff.

Do you collect the boxes afterwards?

Yes — once you've unpacked, call us and we'll collect all used boxes and materials free of charge. We recycle everything responsibly.

Is professional packing covered by insurance?

Yes — items we pack are fully covered by our goods-in-transit insurance. Items you pack yourself may not be covered if damage is due to inadequate packing. This is another good reason to use our packing service.
